Sweet Promises, Graubunden Confectioners and Coffee House Proprietors in Europe, 2009
Concept
The exhibition deals with the traditional artistry of the confectioner and the innovative exuberance of the people of Graubunden. Old diagrams were enlarged to room-sized textile wall coverings to create an atmosphere reminiscent of the workshops of the past.
